 Deputy governor of Dnipropetrovsk region demands creation of investigative commission on Nalyvaichenko’s allegations

Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Hennadii Korban initiates creation of a temporary investigative commission in the parliament on the facts, which were announced by SBU Chairman Valentyn Nalyvaichenko.

He said at a press conference broadcasted by Channel 9, Censor.NET reports.

Korban said: "If Nalyvaichenko does not provide evidence of the charges that he announced, we will initiate the creation of the temporary investigative commission in the Verkhovna Rada. If the charges are not confirmed, signatures will be collected among the deputies on resignation of Head of the SBU Nalyvaichenko."

He also stated that there is information that "we have become the subject to a back-door. I want to believe that it is not true, but there is some doubt."

Korban added that the Security Service of Ukraine officers are the ones who are involved in smuggling in the ATO area: "It is SBU officers who have arranged the traffic of goods into the ATO area and are currently protecting it. This concerns the transportation of scrap metal, vodka, cigarettes, etc."
