"We are identifying the last Russian soldier who came to light on the video. He is the armor crewman. He is the first person speaking. Initial data for search was: Ivan Aleksandrovich, born in 1988 in Vologda," the blogger writes.
"He was found thanks to watchful users. He also gave himself away in the group "military unit No. 54096 3TB" in VKontakte. That is the 6th Tank Brigade's group, where this Ivan serves," Pavlushko writes.
He is apparently right after or just before the captivity on this photo, dressed in the same uniform in which he was shown on the video.
"By the way, it was noticed that no one really holds one's tongue in captivity - everyone starts to immediately disclose one's personal information, the numbers of military units and real names. The situation would obviously be the same in captivity to the alleged American troops, which are allegedly actively fighting against the Russians in Ukraine: "I'm Ivan from Russia, London is the capital of Great Britain, God bless America, etc." Here is the profile of this Ivan. (The archive is here)
He was born May 25, 1988, in the city of Nikolsk (apparently in Vologda region) - he mentioned Vologda during the interrogation.
The Russian Federation Armed Forces contract serviceman
He had three shoulder marks back in 2011 meaning that he was a Sergeant.
The 6th Tank Brigade...
His first pictures from the army appeared in 2010. He started posting pictures just as the account was created.
He started serving in the tank troops not later than from 2010 - his first army pictures appeared at that time. Then there were pictures with the 6th Tank Brigade memorial on the background. He was already a Sergeant in 2011 and kept moving up through the ranks.
He is still doing military service.
"Judging by the pictures he dreams to invade New York City in Russian tanks (yes, they have there own world map). He rejoiced at a brand new T-72 B3 tanks in December 2013, which came into service with the 20th Army. Those were the same tanks, which started to be brewed in the Donbas six months later.
"He also does not like Obama, tries to protect Ukraine from the Americans, posts pictures of the Donetsk airport control tower, etc. - a narrow-minded victim of the Russian propaganda. Even the time spent in captivity could not change his views," the blogger wrote.
