Strategic staffs do not correspond with their tasks either professionally or morally.

"An outrageous problem is that strategic and operation staffs do not correspond with their tasks either professionally or morally... Almost a year into the war, these staffs are still peacetime staffs filled with people hired in peacetime, according to criteria far from needs of strategic and operation planning and military command of the troops.

"As a result, these are mostly professional nullities, trimmers, and careerists of peacetime. These are officers who capitalized their business and corruption relations into the right to leave and serve in Kyiv and other large Ukrainian cities. I state this as a person who knows many of them personally, who went to military academy with them, served in operation headquarters, and faced them and their activities and inactivity both in peacetime and during the ATO," the message reads.
