"We have to do several things until the end of the year: first - to complete fiscal decentralization. This is what we are able to do. The second thing is energy efficiency and insulation of buildings and the third one is the replacement of gas-fired boilers to any other energy-efficient boilers," the prime minister said.
Yatseniuk also thanked the Vice-Prime Minister, Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services Hennadii Zubkov for his contribution in fulfillment of these tasks.
As reported, the Cabinet expressed the intention to send its members to the regions in January to explain to local authorities the opportunities which the fiscal decentralization offers to them.
