In the last few days, we can confirm that Russia has transferred additional tanks, armored vehicles, heavy artillery, rocket systems, and other military equipment. And as of March 10th, which is today, Russian battalion tactical groups remain deployed near the Ukrainian border," Ms. Psaki said.

"We've obviously seen trends like this in the past. I'm not going to speak to what we think it means. It's something we watch very closely, and obviously, further aggressive tactics will warrant responses on our end," she stressed.
