Six teams of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine consisting of 10 rescuers each left for Zasyadko mine Wednesday morning following Yatseniuk's instructions. However, according to the prime minister, the militants did not let the rescuers to the scene.
"I urge the Russian Federation to order those scum (the militants) to let our rescuers save the lives of the miners!" the prime minister said.
In addition, Yatseniuk instructed the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine to continue negotiations on free access to the mine for rescuers.
