Seven Ukrainian soldiers were killed and 23 more were wounded in the course of the anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine on Feb. 9. This was announced by acting speaker of the Joint Staff of the Ukrainian Army Vladyslav Selezniov, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.
According to Selezniov, those wounded were taken for treatment.
As of Tuesday, 559 Ukrainian soldiers are being treated from injuries in hospitals.
As reported earlier, the situation in the Debaltseve area of Donbas remains tense; a group of Ukrainian army entered a cul-de-sac near Debaltseve, according to Censor.NET's chief editor Yurii Butusov.
