"Pursuant to the Code of Civil Defence of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision to declare the emergency regime at the state level. The Ukrainian Government approved a decision to introduce the state of emergency on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions", stressed the Head of Government.

Arsenii Yatseniuk informed that the Cabinet of Ministers had taken a decision to introduce the high alert mode on the entire Ukraine's territory.

"But don't confuse it with the state of emergency and martial law, which are enacted by Parliament's decision. Our decision is aimed at only one thing - everyone should work 24 hours a day and seven days a week," he said.
