41 citizens of the Russian Federation have been arrested on suspicion of terrorism, 12 of them have received sentences, 10 are in wanted list - Nalyvaichenko


The Security Service of Ukraine put 10 members of the Armed Forces of Russia on a wanted list on suspicion of terrorist activities in the Donbas.

Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaichenko said at the briefing, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

Answering the question of how many citizens of the Russian Federation were arrested by the SBU as of today, he said: "41 persons were arrested, 12 of them have received sentences. 10 more Russians are put on wanted list."

Head of the SBU press service Olena Hitlianska clarified that only the Russian servicemen were meant.

Earlier, the SBU stated that the shelling of Mariupol in the Donetsk region on Jan. 24 was committed by the Russian artillery under the order of the Russian Federation officer.
