Observing the failure of their 'wards' to resist the organized actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Moscow curators of the so-called Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics bring regular army units of the Russian Federation into Ukraine.

Censor.NET reports citing the ATO press-center.

According to ATO headquarters, the offensive of the Russian-terrorist forces in the area of Popasna town, the Luhansk region, is headed by the chief of staff of the 58th Army of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation, Major-General Sergey Kuzovlev.
