"Demarcation line should be based on Minsk agreements," Poroshenko comments on Putin's letter

The demarcation line in the Donbas should be based solely on the Minsk agreement, and not determined by the "actual situation", as proposed by President Vladimir Putin.

It was stated by President Petro Poroshenko at the NSDC meeting, Censor.NET writes citing the President's press-service.

"We should comply with the Minsk agreement, including the location of the demarcation line, and not with the "actual situation", as written by the President of the Russian Federation in his letter. We will not let undermine Minsk agreement. Our policy should be based solely on it," Poroshenko said.
