 Russia expands its military presence at Ukrainian border and uses Donbas as new weapons testing ground

The Russian Federation expands its military presence along the Ukrainian-Russian border.

Andrii Lysenko, speaker of NSDC Information Analysis Center, announced today at a briefing, Censor.NET reports.

"According to the intelligence reports, movement of modern Russian military equipment was registered near Rostov-on-Don city. TOS-1 Buratino multiple rocket launcher, 300V Antei antiaircraft artillery, Smerch and Uragan rocket systems as well as T-90 and T-72B3 tanks, 80AM APCs are periodically moved to Ukraine for firing at Ukrainian army," Lysenko said.

Lysenko also mentioned that Russia also tests new electronic intelligence and warfare systems as well as new small arms.

"Thus, Russia is cynically using the Donbas as a testing ground for new weapons, paying no attention to possible victims among civil population," the ATO speaker said.
