This was stated by adviser to head of the Security Service of Ukraine Markiian Lubkivskyi on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.
"I would like to inform you that a notification regarding the suspicion of Ukrainian citizens, former MPs Mykola Levchenko and Vadym Kolesnichenko of committing crimes has been compiled. They are on the wanted listed," he wrote.
Lubkivskyi reminded that the former lawmakers are charged with committing an offense under p. 3 Art. 110 of the Criminal Code (violation of territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine, which led to death or other serious consequences).
Lubkivskyi also cited the words of SBU Chairman Valentyn Nalyvaichenko at today's meeting regarding these decisions and actions of the SBU: "I remember well when on Jan. 16 last year, they were cocky and treacherous pushing for the Verkhovna Rada to pass dictatorial laws. And how certain MPs behaved, scoffing at the law and its own people. But justice cannot be avoided either by those who have been placed on the wanted list earlier and today, or those who will be charged in the future," Nalyvaichenko said.
