"The center of the village is scorched by the shelling, there were direct hits in the houses, including two-storey apartment building," Luhansk Regional State Administration Chairman Hennadii Moskal said. "Nearly three dozen of houses totally were damaged, some of them seriously. The power lines in the village were also damaged that's why there is no energy, water and communication. Miraculously, there were no casualties and wounded. Now we are taking measures to visit each house to determine the extent of destruction."
He also noted that the electricians from Lysychansk were just recently brought to Krymske to repair power lines damaged by previous attacks: "It's all ruined again. The terrorists intentionally shell the center of the village where there are no soldiers, in order to destroy the houses, infrastructure and hurt civilians."
"These bastards worshipping the so-called "Russian World" have no moral prohibitions at all," Moskal concluded.
