 Leader of Luhansk terrorists 'Bednov-Batman' shot by terrorists from "people's militia"

One of the leaders of the Luhansk terrorists, "chief of staff of the 'LPR's fourth brigade" Alexandr A. Bednov, callsign Batman, was killed Friday near Lutuhyne, the Luhansk region.

This was announced by one of the terrorists' websites, Censor.NET reports.

"'People's militia' arrested Alexandr Bednov, his wife, insurgents with callsigns Fobus, Maniac, Omega, and several more people. Six of Batman's bodyguards were killed, including Russian volunteer called 'Cat' (no information on others). This happenned near Heorhiivka village. Two cars were burned. There was also information about other commanders arrested, but I do not publish it until it's confirmed," one of the terrorists leaders announced.

"An armored vehicle and an accompanying vehicle were burned near Lutuhyne. According to information from the Regional Administration, Alexandr was killed," one of the terrorists leaders added later. According to him, several more people were killed.

"The commander Alexandr Bednov (Batman) was killed this morning in Luhansk," terrorists' website worker Marat Musin confirmed, adding that "Bednov was meanly shot this morning."

A few days ago, a New Year video greeting by Batman-Bednov appeared online on YouTube.
