"I'd like to see the Russian people not suffering from the imperial policy of the Russian regime today. Due to the fact that Russia has conducted a military intervention in Ukraine, due to the deaths of 5,000 people ... Why did Putin send his army to Ukraine? What was his purpose? To protect the Russian language? Everyone in Ukraine speaks Russian. To protect Donetsk and Luhansk? He sure did. From whom? There are no mines, no jobs, no pay, no pension. The infrastructure is destroyed. 5,000 people dead," the prime minister said.
