Putin created a "black hole" in Donbas: let the terrorists go to Russia to make their "Novorossia" - Yatseniuk

The prime minister advised the separatists to create "Novorossia" (the so-called New Russia – ed.) in the Russian Federation.

Prime Minister Arsenii Yatseniuk accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of creating a "black hole" in the Donbas, Censor.NET reports citing lb.ua.

He said this at a press conference, commenting on the issue of supplying gas and electricity to the occupied territories.

"This is another scheme to suck our lifeblood. He (Putin - ed.) created this "black hole" with people who cannot leave the area as hostages, where the show is run by thugs under the flag of the Russian Federation and some delusional "Novorossia" which they invented. Let them go to Russia to make "Novorossia," they have vast territories there," he said.

Yatseniuk stressed that Ukraine cannot abolish supplying gas and electricity to the Donbas because such a decision would lead to humanitarian catastrophe.
