"I am not satisfied with the work of the Prosecutor General's Office. I am confident that the anti-corruption steps in six months should have been much greater. And I'm absolutely unsatisfied with the investigation of cases on the Maidan murders," Poroshenko said.
"But keep in mind that the amnesty law regarding those who were on the other side of the Maidan was passed. We should have then quickly found those whom the amnesty does not cover. Three judges who released those guilty of deaths on the Maidan were fired," he added.
Poroshenko also said that his representative in the parliament introduced a bill that provides for the destruction of "prosecutors' caste." After that the head of state thanked the Verkhovna Rada, which supported this initiative and destroyed this caste.
"We have problems, but they are common and must be addressed jointly," the president said.
