According to him, a subversive group consisting of five Ukrainian citizens "who have been trained by Horlivka militants" were going to blow up the armory located in one of the salt mines of the Artemivsk city.
Lubkivskyi added that the group's activities were supervised by the Russian special services. The terrorists gathered the information through recruited servicemen from the military unit guarding the armament depot.
"Five people, who received 45 kg of TNT from their associates from the 'DPR' terrorist organization, have been detained," he said.
One of the saboteurs proved to be the local traffic police inspector, who was hooked up by the 'general' of the so-called DPR, also known as Cobra.
Lubkivskyi added that the miscreants also planned committing a series of explosions at the focal infrastructure facilities and peaceful neighborhoods of Artemivsk.
