"On Dec. 9, starting from midnight and until the end of the day, the territory of the Luhansk region controlled by Ukraine was fired upon 12 times - with the use of Grad systems, artillery, mortars, tanks and small arms. The villages that came under attack (shelling continued till 9 a.m.) are Krymske and Shchastia. There are no casualties among civilians, vital services are functioning normally," Moskal said.
The governor stresses that local damages of power lines, gas, water and heating pipelines are being repaired by corresponding crews.
"There were no attacks in the "hottest" part of the Luhansk region - Stanytsia Luhanska and surrounding area - since yesterday morning until now," Moskal said.
