 Silence Mode to Last 24 Hours: We Will Draw Conclusions at End of Day, and it May Be Extended - NSDC

The National Security and Defense Council said that the Silence Mode is declared for 24 hours – during Dec. 9.

NSDC speaker Andrii Lysenko said at the briefing, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

"24 hours are meant. We will draw conclusions at the end of the day. We also look forward to the active work of the OSCE and we hope that this day will be crucial in terms of Minsk agreements' fulfillment," he said.

Lysenko said that the Silence Mode may be extended at the end of the day.

Earlier, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces Viktor Muzhenko said that the silent mode is declared by the ATO forces for an indefinite period.
