This issue as well as the one concerning coordination of further actions to implement the peace plan was voiced by the Head of the State during meeting with the OSCE Chairman Special Representative Heidi Tagliavini, Censor.NET reports citing the presidential press service.
The OSCE representative, in turn, noted that the Minsk agreements, earlier reached at the similar meetings of the contact group, namely the protocol of Sept. 5, and the memorandum of Sept. 19, are the basis for the peaceful settlement of the situation in the Donbas and must be fulfilled by all the Parties.
The next meeting of the Tripartite Liaison Group with the representatives of Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE is scheduled on December 9 in Minsk. Previous similar meetings were also attended by the representatives of the Donetsk and Luhansk separatists. But the DPR terrorists have already stated that they will not have enough time to agree on a number of important issues "with their leadership" to Dec. 9, thus the meeting, in their opinion, should be held not earlier than Dec. 12.
