According to the report, Kryvonosov was the head of the 79th Airmobile Brigade unit, which protected the Russian-Ukrainian border near Diakove village in the Donetsk region. Serhii Kryvonosov died on Aug. 4, after his position was shelled with Grad systems. He covered his soldiers and saved their lives.

Maiboroda, the AN-26 aircraft commander, carried out 35 transport missions to the ATO zone. His crew transported weapons, material and technical resources, evacuated wounded from May to July 2014. Maiboroda's aircraft was hit on July 14 in the Luhansk region. "Dmytro Maiboroda died, but he managed to save the rest of the crew," the statement says.
Oleksandr Petrakivskyi leads the 'Pivnich' Special Purpose Operational unit. On July 20, his unit ensured the transfer of the ATO column and Aidar volunteer battalion to the Luhansk airport. They got into an ambush. Petrakivskyi was seriously injured, but continued to coordinate the actions of the unit and saved his soldiers.
