As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Iraklii Komakhidze, investigative blogger for InformNapalm.
"The presence of the 35th individual motorized infantry unit from the 41st combined army of the Central military region, military unit 41659 (Aleisk, Altai Territory) in the Rostov invasion group was noted previously.
"In today's report I would like to visually show the scale of such combined army unit and its artillery: at least one tank company (10-15 tanks), two-three batteries of stem and reactive artillery (about 20 self-propelled artillery units and MLRS rocket systems), enhanced motorized artillery battery (around 400-500 people), personal anti-aircraft defense (missile and gun complexes) as well as supply units (intelligence, engineers, etc.).
"Presently, there are about 20 of such combined tactical groups at the border with Ukraine near the Rostov region. As far as light artillery (for instance, the 8th mountain group from the Southern military district), their structure is a bit less intensive," noted Komahidze.
"Have to admit that the pictures are not very recent (mainly dated September- October); and supposedly, personnel of this battalion tactic group of the 35th MSBR was returned to its original location in Altai Territory. However, part of the equipment was left in the Rostov region (to avoid having to move it during next rotation). Presently, many Southern and Central BTGs were replaced with other units, mainly from the Southern district; next rotation should be expected in January-February 2015," reported Komahidze.
