"About 60 trucks left Noginsk vicinity this morning towards the Rostov region, they are carrying window glass, roofing materials as well as food products, including sugar and canned food for the residents of Donbas," EMERCOM National Crisis Center for Emergency Situations Management Command Relations Deputy Head Oleg Voronov said.
He added that "the trucks with the cargo will be driving to the Rostov region for several days, where the final convoy for the delivery of humanitarian assistance to the people of affected areas of Donbas will be formed". Russia has delivered more than eight thousand tons of 'humanitarian aid' to the Donbas since late August. The Russian Federation claims that it delivered food, water, drugs, fuel, and other necessities. Censor.NET previously reported that Kyiv balks at formula of "humanitarian convoy".
