In Shchastia a heating line was disrupted again at night, the city is still without heat and hot water. There are fights on the edge of Stanytsia Luhanska.

This is stated by the press service of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Hennadii Moskal, Censor.NET reports.

It is necessary to restore heating in Shchastia of the Luhansk region once again. The day before yesterday as a result of a mortar attack by the militants from the Vesela Hora a damaged distribution header, resulting in cutting off heat and hot water to the entire city. To prevent freezing of the central heating system, it had to be released from all the water.

During a lull fire the maintenance crews were able to restore the work of the reservoir and started the launch of the heating," the chairman stated. "Today at noon the central heating in the city was to be launched, but at night as a result of new shelling the heating was cut off again. Currently the maintenance crews are trying to repair the damage, the city is still without heat and hot water."

During the day, the terrorists attacked other towns in the Ukraine controlled territory of the Luhansk region, namely: Krymske, Artema, Triokhizbenka, Chornukhyne, Verkhnia Olkhivka. Significant damage and injuries among the civilian population have not taken place.

Tense situation remains in the village of Luhansk. In the area of the fish farm there is ongoing shelling, damaged transformer and several electricity towers in Krasnoarmiisk. After midnight, there have been several Grad shelling. The shells exploded near Verkhivna Olkhova, information on the destruction and victims are being specified. Currently there is close combat under way between the armed forces of Ukraine and militants at the exit from Stanytsia Luhanska.
