Terrorists' groups suggest that the Ukrainian captured soldiers be exchanged for food.

This was announced by the ATO press center, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

"Terrorists's groups suggest to exchange Ukrainian soldiers for food," the message reads.

The ATO headquarters also confirms that numerous Russian humanitarian convoys deliver exclusively fuel and weapons for the Russian-backing insurgents in the so-called 'DPR' and 'LPR.'

As known, the situation on the territories occupied by Russian insurgents and terrorists is catastrophic. Water, food, and clothes supply is scarce. In many towns, residents go out for "hunger riots" and protests. In Antratsyt district of the Luhansk region, 'the Cossacks,' who back the terrorists, have reportedly told the locals: "As long as there are dogs in the village, this is not famine!"
