Three people were killed at the scene; four others were critically injured, Censor.NET reports citing the press service of the Luhansk Regional State Administration headed by Hennadii Moskal. There were two children, a five year-old and a six-month old among the injured.
"The terrorists destroyed one of the buildings of the school in Toshkivka from Grads few weeks ago," Moskal reminds. "Miraculously no one was killed then because the teachers let their pupils home. Unfortunately, there were casualties this time. There are no Ukrainian troops in Toshkivka and it makes no sense shelling the village especially from Grads. I have no words to describe those LPR villains shelling civilians," Moskal said.
