"We invite Russian Federation to participate in serious talks on safe ground," Yatseniuk said.
"We are being helped by the USA and EU countries," he added.
Yatseniuk emphasized that Russia continues to escalate the Donbas conflict, and builds up its army on the territory.
He believes that the progress in deescalation of the conflict depends totally on the position of President Putin and his company.
"It primarily depends on Russian president and his company. If he wants to, Putin will find enough of political will to stop this war against Ukraine, to abide by the international legislation. We are ready to continue the talks," Yatseniuk said.

As reported, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced Tuesday that he didn't find it necessary to call an international conference on Ukraine, as long as there is the Minsk format of negotiations.
