 Moscow Says Sanctions Do Not Affect Its Foreign Policy

The sanctions have no effect on the foreign policy of the Russian Federation.

This was stated by Russia's permanent representative to the OSCE Andrei Kelin, Censor.NET reports citing Gazeta.ru.

According to Kelin, on Nov. 17 another discussion of the EU black list took place in Brussels, and after the ambassadors of the European countries considered the effectiveness of sanctions. "In terms of the impact on foreign policy, the sanctions do not work," the envoy said. "It has not changed. It continues on and I think it will go through to the end."

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stressed on the need of economic sanctions against Russia.
