 Seven Ukrainan Soldiers Killed in ATO Area over Past 24 Hours

62 shellings and three military clashes have been reported in the ATO area over the past 24 hours.

Censor.NET reports about it citing the Facebook page of the ATO press center. "Bandits destroy peace in the east of Ukraine, shelling ATO forces positions and civilians in the Donbas. Yesterday fire killed seven Ukrainian soldiers; 10 troops with wounds of varying severity were delivered to hospitals, where they receive apropriate medical care," the press center states.

"There is also information that four civilians were killed and two were wounded when the militants attacked the settlements which are under our control. The situation at Debaltseve foothold is difficult. The highest number of attacks is reported there. At night, the bandits fired at our positions near Stanytsia Luhanska village with small arms. Around midnight our checkpoint near Krymske village was shelled with Grads," the press center reported. The night was relatively calm in the Donetsk airport area.

"The units defending the airport, which is a strategic object, are reinforced so that they can effectively counteract the illegal armed groups in any time and in any weather conditions. On the night before, the militants mortared our units located in Opytne, Hranitne, Kamianka, Nikishyne villages and Debaltseve town. The situation in the south of the ATO area is stable. Due to severe weather conditions, the militants do not use drones," the press center reported.

Earlier Censor.NET reported that one miner was killed and two were wounded by mine shelling in the Donbas.
