"We were in hotel Reikartz, a three-star hotel in Mariupol. It happened that we lived on the same floor with the so-called OSCE mission. In view of the fact that I am a citizen of Georgia, I met with one of the officers of the mission, a Georgian by birth, who was in this mission. I understand that I am setting him up, but I cannot keep silent. He said that 80% of all employees who work in the OSCE mission in Sector M in Mariupol are Russians," Budyk said. He also added that the officers of the OSCE mission working in Mariupol are former or current employees of the FSB and GRU.

"They are extremely aggressive towards our military. Moreover, they convey information about the location of our troops, literally hunting for our artillery battalions," the adviser said.
