It was reported earlier that the 'Supreme Council' 'deputy' Denis Pushilin would represent the self-proclaimed 'Donetsk People's Republic' in future negotiations. He also said that the 'DPR government' was preparing a new edition of the Minsk protocol. The next meeting will take place not earlier than in 12-14 days, according to forecasts of the 'negotiator'.
Meanwhile, only two meetings of the contact group were held in Minsk on Sept. 5 and 20. Their most important reached bargains were the ceasefire and the exchange of prisoners in the format of "all for all".
