According to preliminary investigation, nobody was killed due to the explosion, Censor.NET reports citing Glavnoe. Eight people (11 after additional investigation) were injured, three of them badly. According to one of the versions, the explosion occurred due to gas leak. Another version states that the incident happened near the bar counter due to a package left in the premises.
Pub "Stina" is famous for its patriotism and is very popular with Ukrainian soldiers who were greeted from the ATO zone Sunday.
Mykhailo Ozerov, director of the bar, believes this was a terrorist act. He renounces the gas leak version, MediaPort news agency reports.
"We raised a lot, and still raise aid for displaced persons, the military, and orphans. I believe this to be a terrorist attack. The investigation would show. But there was no business competition for this bar," Ozerov said.
