The villages of Krymske, Sokolniki, Triokhizbenka, Kriakivka, Staryi Aidar, Orikhovo-Donetske, Chornukhyne, Hirne, Nyzhnie, and Stanytsia Luhanska were shelled, Censor.NET reports citing the official website of the Luhansk region governor Hennadii Moskal.
"There are no casualties among the civilians. However, a number of buildings are destroyed. As a result of the attacks, the Stanytsia Luhanska area and two settlements in the Popasna area are disconnetcted from power supply. The villages of Sokolniki, Triokhizbenka, Kriakivka, and Chornukhyne are disconnected from gas supply. Stanytsia Luhanska is disconnected from central heating and water supply due to power shortages", Moskal writes.

It is impossible to restore the damaged infrastructure and provide people with gas, water, and heat because the militants continue attacks and refuse to allow maintenance crews of the power and gas companies, Moskal said.
