According to him, Ukraine is dealing with terrorists, "and the terrorists should be eliminated to liberate the territory."
Markiian Lubkivskyi believes that the president of Ukraine, as the supreme commander, currently faces a complicated task "to make very complex solutions. Those provocative criminal actions committed by the terrorists are pushing him to make serious decisions. In particular, the 'elections' that turned into a slapstick and cancelled the Minsk Agreements," he said.
"Ukraine has done everything to keep its legal entity until now - we have tried to be fully committed to the agreements and obligations that we undertook," the head of the SBU adviser said.
According to Lubkivskyi, the return of the occupied territories will not happen immediately, it will take several years, "the Yugoslav scenario is possible."
