Ukrainian Parliament Speaker Oleksandr Turchynov announced, Censor.NET reports citing TSN.

"Those fake elections, which the Russians held in the occupied territory never to be recognized by the civilized world, that cannot actually be called elections, they in fact suggest an attempt to freeze the conflict, to make it permanent," - Ukrainian politician considers.

The head of the Parliament of the previous convocation says he has already prepared a resolution to abolish the laws on the special status of Donbas and amnesty for the militants because these laws didn't actually work a single day.

"They need to be canceled. We must abolish the law on the special status because it provides the local council elections in December. It is clear that those who occupied the territories are not going to live according to the Ukrainian legislation. There is no background to provide amnesty because neither the terrorists nor the Russian military are going to meet the requirements to receive pardon. I have not even signed this law and sent it to the Presidential Administration. Therefore I have already introduced a resolution to abolish the voting for the amnesty law and the repealing of the law on the special status," Turchynov explained.

In his opinion, the only way to treat the militants is still possible. "There is only one way we should act - to liberate the occupied territories," the politician said.
