Adviser to the head of the SBU Markiian Lubkivskyi released information that Russia is attempting to relocate training ranges for militants from the Rostov region into the territory of Ukraine.

He stated this on "Shuster Live" TV program, Censor.NET reports.

"The forces of the Counter Intelligence Unit of the Ukrainian Security Service discovered that the rebels, with the help of their mentors from the Russian Federation, are trying to move training facilities from the Rostov region (of Russia - Ed.) into Ukraine, in order to train militants directly on the territory of the Donetsk region," Lubkivskyi said.

Furthermore, according to the adviser, this is all being funded from the Russian federal budget.

"This is a so-called operation "Domino." It is funded by the Russian federal budget. Moreover, a large number of highly skilled professionals have been engaged in order to organize training courses for the militants directly on the Ukrainian territory," he added.
