 Cabinet Expands List of Products for Removal from Free Trade with Russian Federation

The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine has increased a list of goods that can be removed from the free trade mode on import from Russia to Ukraine by 85 positions, up to 935 articles.

The ministry press service reports, Censor.NET informs citing Ukrainska Pravda.

The updated draft list of goods that can be removed from the free trade mode of the Russian Federation import to Ukraine, which the ministry has published, includes 935 items. The previous draft list consisted of about 850 positions.

Earlier, Sept. 19, the Russian government adopted the resolution providing duties imposition for certain goods of Ukrainian origin equal to the common customs tariff rate of the Customs Union.

In this regard, the ministry of Ukraine tabled a list of goods according to the Ukrainian commodities classification codes within the external economic activity that can be removed from the free trade mode on import from Russia to Ukraine in case this decree become operational.
