"At a meeting with OSCE Secretary General Dzaner and Head of the SMM Apakan terrible news came from Donetsk. Everyone is shocked by inhuman attack on a school. I called on the OSCE to immediately send observers to the scene of the crime. It should be investigated on the spot and those responsible should be punished," Klimkin stated.
In Donetsk, a shell exploded at about 4:00 p.m. at the stadium near school #63. As a result of the hitting the school building, two children were killed - an eighth-grader and an 18-year-old graduate of this school. Four people were injured - three 17year-olds and one 21-year-old. All the wounded were brought to Donetsk regional trauma center. They are now in intensive care.
