"All pensions and all social benefits payroll calculations are ran for each person. When the Russian terrorists get out from the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk, we will urgently take control of the territory and pay the social benefits to each recipient personally," Yatseniuk said opening the government meeting on Wednesday.
According to Ukrainska Pravda, the government also will not pay subsidies to the territories controlled by the terrorists.
"The government will not provide subsidies there while the insurgents control those territories," Yatseniuk stressed.
The prime minister believes that payments provision to the territories controlled by the terrorists today will mean that "they would be stolen by the Russian gangsters, and the money would not reach the recipients."
