He noted that the ability to communicate with the so-called "power" of the Donbas has been destroyed.
"Obviously, if they violate everything, how can you talk to terrorists, how can you talk to those who create criminal and terrorist groups? Therefore, they have destroyed the possibility of communication. There are currently representatives of the Donbas in the parliament, there are representatives of these regions, so you can talk to them," he said.
"The law "On the Special Status" determined not only everything about the elections, but also about the economy, about the restoration of infrastructure, the possibilities of the self-government, opportunities for donor assistance. Now, they actually destroyed the law, which provided additional opportunities. What is the point of giving these opportunities to the people who have violated everything?" Chalyi said.
