NSDC Information Analysis Center spokesman Andrii Lysenko announced Friday at a press briefing, Censor.NET reports.
Most of the plants have no funds for the restoration and repair works. The employees are put on enforced leave.
"The most critical is the situation in the cities of Luhansk, Perevalsk, Alchevsk, Krasnodon, Antratsyt, Brianka, Rovenky, and Stakhanov as well as in Perevalsk and Krasnodon districts. The situation with the food, cash, and medicine provision in the areas temporarily controlled by the terrorists is most difficult in the cities of Luhansk, Rovenky, Sverdlovsk, Krasnyi Luch, Antratsyt, and Perevalsk," Lysenko said.
According to the National Security and Defense Council, the situation in Artemivsk district of the Donetsk region maintains steadily tense.
The territories of Komuna and Novohryhorivka villages are under daily shelling of the terrorists' heavy artillery. Almost half of the residents left their homes and moved to other towns of Ukraine.
The kindergartens and post offices, as well as cell communication, do not function in those villages. Despite constant shelling, representatives of the Ukrainian authorities have ensured pensions delivery to the pensioners through the local council employees who brought the money directly to the recipients.
