Ukraine’s chief prosecutor, Yurii Lutsenko, reports 3,000 tons of steel products manufactured in the city of Alchevsk located in the occupied part of the Luhansk region being confiscated in the port of Mariupol.

"Here is our response to the "sanctions" (restrictive measures the Kremlin imposed against Ukrainian individuals and entities Nov. 1 – ed.). More than 3,000 tons of products manufactured by the Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works unlawfully taken by the invaders, which had been transported from the Russian port to Belgium on board a ship flying the flag of Liberia, were arrested in the port of Mariupol," the prosecutor general wrote on social media, Censor.NET reports.

"Those involved will be held accountable for terrorism funding according to the corresponding article of the Criminal Code," he added.
