The incident occurred near the pawnshop on Truda Avenue on Oct. 31 around 9 p.m. Preliminary information indicates that an unidentified armed person attacked currency traders. According to eyewitnesses, he tried to exchange counterfeit cash but was exposed and opened fire. Shell cases and blood stains were found at the scene.
All three victims were taken to a local hospital.
A team of police investigators immediately cordoned off the crime scene and launched the investigation. According to the newspaper, the gunman presumably used a military pistol.
