SBU Counterintelligence Detained Terrorists' Informer and Artillery Spotter in Slovyansk

Ukraine's Security Service counterintelligence detained a 41-year-old Ukrainian citizen "K" who participated in terrorist activities of DPR in Sloviansk, Donetsk region.

This was announced by the SBU press service, Censor.NET reports.

"A terrorist nicknamed Taxist (taxi driver), who had worked as taxi driver before, joined terrorists in April 2014 and participated in capture of Sloviansk city police station, where the terrorists later set one of their most cruel torture chambers. When Sloviansk was controlled by the terrorists, Taxist was a personal driver of one of the terrorists' leader nicknamed Korsar, and they together "inspected" the checkpoints around the city daily," the message reads.

After Sloviansk was liberated by the Ukrainian army, the terrorist hid and returned to work in taxi service, the press center reports. "We know that while talking to passengers, the driver collected information about Ukrainian patriots in Sloviansk and passed the lists of names to his counterparts in the DPR."
