 OSCE's Response to Events in ATO Area Is Not Dynamic Enough

Presidential Administration Deputy Head Valeriy Chaly believes response of the OSCE to events in Luhansk and Donetsk regions to be slow moving.

Censor.NET reports him saying in an interview with Channel 5: "We appreciate the role of the OSCE, but, frankly, the organization has not yet shown the dynamics needed to respond to security threats in central Europe of the XXI century," the Administration Deputy Head said. However, Chaly noted some positive steps in the work of the OSCE mission, in particular the launch of the first unmanned aerial vehicle.

As known, the special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine has started using the first drone near Mariupol (Donetsk region). The National Security and Defense Council accuses Russia of preventing the expansion of the OSCE monitoring mission in the anti-terrorism operation area.
