As reported by Censor.NET citing the update by the JFO headquarters press center as of Sept. 10, the Russian invaders fired upon the Ukrainian troops’ strongholds 24 times using weapons banned by the Minsk agreements in three cases.
The Russian-occupation forces employed 120- and 82-mm mortars, armament of the infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of various systems, heavy machine guns and small arms against the defenders of Krymske, Zolote, Luhanske, Maiorsk, Shumy, Pivdenne, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Vodiane, Lebedynske and Shyrokyne.
"The enemy bombarded the Ukrainian troops’ stronghold in the vicinity of Luhanske village with 120-mm mortars, shelled the outskirts of Krymske from 82-mm mortars, while positions of the defenders of Vodiane village were barraged with mortar shells of both calibers.
"One Ukrainian soldier was killed and another one was wounded in action over the past day," the situation report reads.
Intelligence sources indicate two invaders eliminated and four more wounded in response fire yesterday.
One JFO serviceman was injured today, Sept. 11, as the enemy committed two attacks on the Ukrainian military deployed near Kamianka and Shyrokyne using large-caliber machine guns and small arms.
