According to the minister, 1.4 million Ukrainians live in Poland.
As reported, Ukraine is facing a labor crisis. According to the Health Ministry, healthcare facilities all across the country lack about 40,000 doctors. One of the reasons for understaffing is labor migration. The situation in other industries is pretty much the same. Adverse working conditions and low incomes make Ukrainians travel abroad seeking for jobs which are most frequently beyond their specialization.
