"The Italian meeting didn't bring anything. For the EU it is not enough just to meet. The eastern policy should be well felt all the time. And Poland knows how to do it, " the Minister said.

According to him, the situation in Eastern Europe is very dynamic, no one could foresee such a development in Ukraine a year ago.

"But that does not mean that we should avoid looking forward. It is necessary to build the Polish foreign policy strategy, thinking not about the Vilnius Summit of November 2013, but about the Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga in November 2015," Schetyna added.
